Lifetime Warranty:

Here at LeoDaniels, we are committed to ensuring the ongoing quality of your purchase. We stand behind everything we sell and guarantee that all items will be free from manufacturing defects. All of our jewelry is manufactured using the finest-quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. Our lifetime warranty provides:

• - Free prong tightening
• - Free polishing
• - Free re-rhodium plating
• - Free buffing and cleaning
• - Free repair and preventative maintenance for normal wear and tear.

To retain eligibility for your jewelry's warranty, you must send your item back to us once every 12 months for maintenance at no cost to you; all shared-prong rings and bracelets must be sent back every 6 months. A prepaid shipping label is available for a fee. Turnaround time is typically 1-3 weeks from the day we receive your item. If we find any issues with your jewelry -- or that you are in need of services not covered by our lifetime warranty -- we will provide a free evaluation and quote. Should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any servicing of your jewelry.

Please remember that jewelry, like any delicate item, must be carefully handled and consistently maintained. Thus, failure to send your jewelry in for upkeep every 6 months for shared-prong rings/bracelets -- or every 12 months for all other jewelry -- will void its lifetime warranty. To help keep your warranty active, please mark the appropriate send-back date on your calendar.

A few important notes:

Ring Sizing: LeoDaniels will gladly resize rings $500 and over for up to 6 months from the date of shipment. Rings can be resized up to 1 size larger or smaller than the original size. Only rings made from precious metals (gold, silver and platinum) can be sized. Please note: Due to the construction of certain rings, changes in sizing may result in a slight change in band shape. LeoDaniels does not resize eternity bands.

Insurance: We do not offer insurance. Thus, we strongly encourage you to add your product to your personal insurance policy. For a free quote (on your purchase) through Jewelers Mutual Insurance, use our jeweler code A02407 and click here.

Marketplace Policies: Marketplace policies differ from items purchased at LeoDaniels.com.

Watches: Each of our watches is guaranteed authentic and is sold in original and unused condition with the manufacturer's serial numbers intact. Warranties vary according to manufacturer; please inquire regarding warranties for specific watches, or check the manufacturer's website for details.
